Unit 9: The weather

The wether is a very popular topic of conversation in Britain. When the weather is good, people complain that it's too hot.
When it rains, they say it's to wet. When it isn't sunny, they say it's too cold.

The seasons in Britain are fairly clear. December and February are cold, but doesen't often snow. March and May are warmer, but it's sunny. July and August are very hot. September, October and November often has foggy and cold.

They provide weather forecasts for radio television, newspaper and Internet. The computers can predict the tropical storms and hurricanes that cause so much demage around the world.
